Im new to QuickBooks online as moved over from QuickBooks desktop - so layout all new to me arranged appointment with assisted onboarding - Rachelle was excellent and patient - i am off an older age bracket - very helpful for me - would recommend people to try it

Luckily My QB contact Angelos was knowledgeable and helpful .He was quickly able to identify the problem and undertook a logical and thorough approach to solve the issue as it certainly wasn't a straightforward one First class support

Rachelle was friendly, polite and very helpful
Rachelle was friendly, polite and very helpful. She clearly knows the Quickbooks product very well and immediately told me how to do what i requested. We covered a lot of different subjects during our session and now I feel more comfortable using the software.
