VAT and Bank Reconciling Issues
Very polite and Knowledgeable lady, I have an issue with my VAT and reconciling bank. The lady sorted out both issues with minimum fuss to me.. I was a bit apprehensive contacting QB as I thought it might be a little beyond my accounting and computing knowledge to resolve the problems. But the whole experience was made simple by the excellent communication by the QB expert. Definitely restored my confidence in using QB online, after being a reluctant convert from Desktop.
