What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I like the live chat function and the video tutorials to guide me through the various features. New software can be overwhelming and often half of the functions don't get used because you have no idea how to figure it out.. Elaina M was another great support during my time with Tsheets! (EM1)

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? She went ahead and calculated the Sick and Vacation hours for my employees and whipped up an easy upload document. I was feeling pretty defeated at the time and this was a huge help. Later I was joking with the people in my office about TSheets' relentless optimism and how I'm going to use that with my employees as they use this product. It doesn't fit perfectly with our company. What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Amanda was amazing. She quickly help me navigate through my questions and direct me through my learning curve with a bubbly personality. I appreciate such a positive attitude on the other end of the line. Thank you for ending my day with a smile.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? When a guy like me can get a tool that uses technology up and running with ease, and I mean ease., then you know it's got to good! And I've got to say, their support staff is AWESOME! In fact, BD1 just helped me out with something and yet again, my decision of choosing a great comany was validated.

"Professional and Knowledgeable Customer Service"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? We initially set up TSheets with Quick Books intergration when we were running Quick Books Pro 2015. When we upgraded to Quick Books Enterprise 2017 and change the server for the company files we ran into syncing issues. John at TSheets, with over the top customer service, updated our Quick Books Integration with ease.
