What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I am a new user and still learning about all the capabilities and how to do things the best way. But the customer service is outstanding - especially Brad BD1! He gave me 5 star service today to help me fix an error I made.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? TSheets will help our company move from paper time sheets and vacation request forms to electronic processing. The customer service has been exceptional. Sada spent a good deal of time answering many initial questions I had after using the trial version for a week.
