What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Very easy to use and schedule with. Anytime there is a hassle, it's very easy to onscreen chat. For instance, chatting with Elaina M. this morning, she helped me fix a problem an employee was having with his phone app.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Easy to get help through the "Live Chat" option so I don't have to sit on the phone on hold waiting for an agent. I chatted with Elaina M. today and she was incredibly helpful and patient.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I chatted with two different reps today, and spoke to another on the phone. Names...names...names...I'm terrible with names. My most recent chat was with Elaina M., and she lived up to, and exceeded my expectations for the "The Best Customer Service Ever", that I have come to expect, and brag about to all of my clients, from T-Sheets. I love your attitude and your patience. You guys always feel so genuine and Elaina was exactly that. Thanks!
