"Tsheets is great. Only a few minor issues...."
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I love that everything can be done VIA a mobile device (or not if you do not want your employees clocking in and out via phone) I like that I can see whos working, Who is on break, and who forgot to clock out VIA the who's working tab.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Ease of use - both on the web as an admin and for users via mobile apps. Everything updates quickly when changes are made on user or admin side. Because there are so many sign in options (mobile app, browser, text-in, call-in) there are no excuses for users not to use the service.

"Easy to Use"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I own and operate a small business with less than 10 employees. There are so many features that make TSheets easy to use and implement with new employees. It's simple and very intuitive. My favorite feature is the Clock-In/Clock-Out and Switch. Oh, and being able to chat with customer service reps like Elaina M makes it even better. She was able to answer my question in a snap and was very friendly.

"Impressively simple and responsive"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I like not having to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Elaina M was caring and personable. even though our chat "timed out", when we got reconnected she picked up right where we left off. Responses were within seconds not minutes and Elaina M solved my problem quickly.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Kelsey T. was great. She was attentive and waled me through my issue. My favoirte feature of the product is the useability of the manual time card and ability to customize it to my small business needs.
