What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I like how easy the website & app are to navigate, and when I had questions and connected to their Live Chat service, Brooklyn D was super helpful and nice. It's refreshing to communicate with customer service representatives that really care.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? ElainaM was phenomenal. She took my problem and found a way to work around a recent change in the software development that caused a one hour plus delay in me bringing on a new employee. ElainaM worked with me quickly and efficiently and solved my problem.
