What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? There was a solution to all of my concerns with switching to Tsheet. Also ELAINIA M. was fantastic and SUPER helpful. Her attitude was also super positive and fun. I wish all support service members were clones of her.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Each time I have a question about T-Sheets, I can hit the little "Live Chat" button and a super smart, super enthusiastic T-Sheets employee pops up to give me a hand! Elaina helped me figure out how to "hide" clients today so that my employees don't bill their time to the wrong client. She gave me a quick answer and got me back to doing more important billable things :).

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I love the live chat feature. I'm new to my account so I will have little questions throughout the day that I can have answered immediately. Elaina M is always so helpful! Even though I talk to a a couple different people each time I do the live chat, they always remember who I am and are quick to help and solve my issue.
