Coming from a customer service based industry, it is a pleasure to work with someone like Shayna, she went above and beyond to help make sure that my transition into Tsheets was effortless and quick.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Seamless integration with QB, plus I always get to talk to a very knowledgeable service rep who is patient, helpful, and service oriented. I just got off the phone with Alex and once again was not disappointed, received the same stellar level of service that I've come to expect from TSheets.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Alex was extremely helpful and gave me pointers for use in the future! She told me that if the QB web connector said it was busy, to wait 10 minutes and try again. If it says abort, I should call so they can do a minor adjustment on their side to get me up and running again. She was very upbeat, calm and soothing. Payroll can be stressful when the web connector is not working. I so appreciate her help!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Flexible software - can be easily set up via browser and integrated with QuickBooks. Easy to use phone app allowing for quick Clock In/Out when working. Especially useful for small businesses that are not static in one location or for just one customer.
