What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I'm a new user and hitting a few snags (of my own creation). Tiffany happened to catch my help chats twice today and solved every problem. Once I lost the help chat window and opened a new one and the lady that caught that one was able to immediately re-connect me so I didn't have to start over (sorry, I don't have her name). Tiffany did a great job of being patient when I had trouble sending screen shots, she was professional but friendly.
