What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Signed up for the 14 day trial and started poking around right away. Had a question, hit the chat feature, and literally within 2 minutes had everything I needed answered. This is the type of customer service I love. The first few moments with TSheets and I am going to sign up. Brad D is awesome and hope that his managers read this and give him a big fat raise!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? While we are still getting used to the new system, we can honestly say this integration has been a wonderful change for us. It saves our company lots of time compared to the traditional pen and paper time keeping. What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I'm a new user and hitting a few snags (of my own creation). Tiffany happened to catch my help chats twice today and solved every problem. Once I lost the help chat window and opened a new one and the lady that caught that one was able to immediately re-connect me so I didn't have to start over (sorry, I don't have her name). Tiffany did a great job of being patient when I had trouble sending screen shots, she was professional but friendly.
