"Web Connector Update"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The customer service is fantastic! Always knowledgeable and polite. My problems are always solved whether I'm going through 'live chat' or on the phone! Shannon was great this morning, even though the downloads were giving us trouble. We managed to get the web connector updated!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Anytime I have a question even if it has to do with QuickBooks, since I import and export information from there, the customer service is amazing. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable people. There are so many people that have helped me but I am writing this for rep SS1. We learned new things together and figured out my issue.

"T Sheets Review"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I think T Sheets is a great software and would recommend it to anyone. We've been using it for just under a year and I've already recommended it to many people as it's made keeping track of our technicians times much easier. I also really appreciate how helpful and fast their support is. For example, today I was working with Elaina M and she was able to help me add a custom field very quickly.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Very responsive. The issues I've had don't have anything really to do with the actual software. Just my lack of knowledge on product. Tiffany B was very helpful today with getting my accountant in a chat and the 3 of us resolving the issue quickly.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Tiffany B was extremely helpful when dealing with our issue today. We are working in a trial period and still ensuring that our services will integrate with TSheets. She went over and above to help us extend our trial so we can make sure that the service provides everything we need. We appreciate the hard work they do and the help we're receiving has been phenomenal.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Friendly, knowledgable and timely. I have never had the voicemail greeting finish before someone like the wonderful Sarah S. greets you with a sincere willingness to help.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? today i spoke with Sara S, and she was able to solve a huge problem that our company was having with Groups and Employees. After a short time i was able to navigate to the correct area to solve the problem

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The website and the app are very user friendly and if you have any questions you can chat with one of their very knowledgeable employees and they will help you right away. The extras you can add on to the product is very helpful.
