"TSheets is the best! They have a great product and great service!"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The TSheets time keeping product is easy to setup and easy to use. Their live chat option is very helpful when I have questions. In fact, I used Life Chat today and Lauren B could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I wanted to learn how to use the "submit timesheets" feature and she was able to explain the benefits of it as well as the process to set it up...and she was super friendly!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The chat customer service was awesome Tiffany P was great. I had a ton of questions and she listened interpreted and gave me possible solutions. She helped me to set up all my integration with QB and listened to some customizations that would be useful for my company. She escalated them to their dev team to see if they could accommodate. Just a great experience.

"Real humans who geniunely care"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Awesome customer service!! I had questions about configuring different pay scales for the same employee for different tasks and Alex nailed it. The sense I get about TSheets is they are a homegrown company that REALLY cares. No cheesiness, just 'hey, how are you? How can we get it working for you?' Alex was fun, fast and knowledgeable. Triple her pay!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Fantastic customer support, Sydny was great in help me get our account set-up. Staff was supportive, knowledgeable, and informative in assisting me get the key characteristics of what I wanted to accomplish with the TSheets solution.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I'm on my second week of learning to use TSheets for our business. There are lots of things to learn as you go. Anyone I have spoken to or chatted with from the website has been very patient with me and always solved my issues and showed me step by step how to do things with TSheets and Quickbooks.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Very easy and comprehensive software for all things tracking employees. Very simple integration to Quickbooks products. Service has always been excellent, chatting or calling with friendly reps on their end has been a pleasure. Particularly since they are able to solve issues quickly!

"Best Customer Service ANYWHERE"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? TSheets customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have never been disappointed. Today, Morgan was able to help resolve an issue that spanned applications which plagued me for a week! There is never a long wait for customer service, or a rep who doesn't know exactly how to fix what's wrong.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I am new to TSheets and I love it so far. Their interface is very user friendly, but better yet, their Customer Service is wonderful. Lauren B. not only solved my issues quickly and laughed at my sarcastic humor! She is fantastic ... I wish I could hire her to work for me!
