"Starting with TSheets"

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I'd inadvertently created multiple accounts over the course of two years so when I finally decided to go "live" I had conflicting information. Tsheets support (specifically Sydny and Antony) where VERY patient in untangling the problems and getting me up and running.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I came into my current company with Tsheets already established. I had to learn the in's and out's on my own....the fact that I can do an administrator level role with no 'training' on the product speaks to the ease of use and navigation. The integration feature with Quckibooks makes my employee's lives better by ease of time tracking and my office administrator's life better by ease of customer invoicing.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Ease of use and I don't have to wait on hold for more than 2 minutes to speak to a tech. They have always been just perfect

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Huge thanks to Alexandra for the great help she gave me with a reports question. I needed to work out how to perform a weekly task more efficiently and emailed in a help request at a weekend. By Monday morning there was already a helpful reply from Alexandra that will save me about 30 minutes of admin time every week. :-)

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I am still in the Newbie T-sheets phase - with a million questions every time I call or chat. I love that I never feel frustrated or stupid when I'm trying to figure out a problem with their calm, patient, upbeat, and very knowledgeable customer service reps. I just finished my latest call with Janine - so genuinely friendly and eager to help me get our program running smoothly. I actually look forward to calling T-sheets because I know I'm going ...

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? All the people i talk with are friendly. As I have been learning the software in all my ignorance no one makes me feel inferior, they actually make me feel like I'm the most important customer they have.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The whole team is fantastic and has been a big help organizing our hourly employees and needs there. Sherissa was fast and helpful to aid me in correcting an error I made that would have cost our staff PTO. Greatly appreciative of the assistance to make sure our staff is treated fairly supported by T-Sheets and their staff.
