What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Online chat today with Jared. Jared answered several questions and was knowledgeable about the product. Employees enter their own hours and it uploads into QuickBooks. It has helped us capture billable hours.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Thanks to Maxwell, I am now able to do my billing with ease once again and have even more confidence in the Tsheets staff than I did (and I had a LOT of confidence in them). I will continue to recommend them to my clients and peers.

"Very effcient, great customer training"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The organization where I serve a board member is considering using TSheets and I took on the responsibility to learn about it. Tyler Lorona trained me on using TSheets and was very friendly and efficient. So far it seems to be a great product and our board has voted to use it.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I love that I am everybody's favorite customer. They all treat me like that. I know it's cute that the message when you call says that, but what's amazing is that the people treat you that way. When I called today, David became my new favorite. Thanks David.

"Quick Customer Support"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I had trouble logging in since I was working remotely and didn't have my work laptop. Elaina (EM1) was able to troubleshoot in lighting speed and figure out why I could not log in. She solved my issue within minutes and was able to analyze immediately.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Janine is an absolute rock star! While everyone at Tsheets is always so helpful and patient, Janine stands out above the rest with her excitement and eagerness to make sure I have a total understanding of the product, as well as her ability to connect with me and make me feel like we've known each other for years.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? T Sheets has many features and is highly integrated to QuickBooks and the use of smartphones and technology. They also have great customer service. My most recent experience with Sherissa K. from their customer experience team was great. She was helpful and friendly, just as all their staff are.
