What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Lisa displayed excellent customer service and was very helpful with all of my questions, especially as we are new customers of TSheets and have many questions.

"Great Customer Service and Support"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The TSheets team is always on call and more than willing to help with any questions that you have. I had a simple question about where to find something on the site (a very easy and mundane question) and Tiffany was extremely helpful and friendly. Even if the team was not able to fulfill my request, I have never had a situation where I felt like they weren't trying their hardest to help with the situation.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? TSheets has some really great features! Love the GPS tracking especially for construction clients, as well as the interface. Tiffany B was extremely helpful :)

"Sydney at Tsheets is Awesome!!"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The friendly, helpful service by someone who knows what they're doing is always appreciated. Sydney helped me most recently - he was friendly and got me squared away in no time. I also like the call back feature if you call in and someone can't pick up right away they'll keep you in the que and call you back! No time wasted!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? We had a conference call with Rachel today and she was amazingly great with her training with employee that are new to using a computer. They were able to understand navigate and succeed with what they were taught today. Rachel made it very easy for them and was patient with their questions. She is very knowledgeable with TSheets and I would highly recommend anyone to use her services.

"Best Customer Service Experience & Follow-through"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I would say that T-Sheets by far is the best when it comes to tracking time. I especially like the feature of tracking our techs when they are in the field and our techs with management's encouragement like it for the mere fact of accountability and transparency with our customers that it offers.
