What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The chat function was so helpful in setting up my account and answering questions. When they hit a tough one, they referred me to their stellar phone support and Shawn helped fix a complicated problem.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The joinme program for screen sharing and then walking me through the setup hands on. Antony did a great job of this and I am a better learner this way.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Tsheets listens and looks for best solutions. Customer Service is excellent. The team is very knowledgeable. Every call to customer service has been great .Reece and Brian have been exceptional. Jaime and Aaron have been there for our success.

I swear I made no sense in explaining my issue but she knew exactly what I meant and how to help me. What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Elaina M. was very helpful with the Time Card question I presented her. We wanted to add another field. She walked me through the steps and it seemed as if it would work seamlessly. For some reason it did not and she's sent our request to a Tier 2 group. She will contact me later once the request is fulfilled. Elaina was very pleasant.
