"The chat help customer service is top notch"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Lauren W. helped me connect my Quickbooks program to my T-sheets account in about 5 seconds! All of the customer service help in T-sheets has been phenomenal, I have been using it for a year and I love it and so do all of our employees! The employees like how easy it is to switch between jobs and they can either keep track of time as they work or enter it later.

"Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I spoke to Janine on a Friday night and she was wonderful and friendly to troubleshoot a syncing error. As I'm scaling our business, my staff has found T-sheets to be an easy tool to clock in and out especially when working off site.

"Great Product and Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I love the time tracking feature, so I can switch between clients and ensure all my time is recorded properly. I also LOVE that I was having an issue pretty early in the morning and was able to receive great help from Sydny when I called Customer Support,, he was super friendly and answered my question.
