What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? TSheets live support is super-quick, and amazingly helpful. Talked to Sam M. today (after ZERO hold-time waiting) and he was able to identify my needs, and help me access the TSheets features I need to complete my reports. Great support, it's always a pleasure calling TSheets!

"Excellent help & customer service"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I've been setting up TSheets and getting it to work with QB. It's taken a little time but every time we've had help from the live chat feature and phone calls if we needed it. Today Janine helped me and did an amazing job. She helped uncover an old problem and showed me the solution to avoid it in the future. I would highly recommend this product just for the amazing customer service that Janine and others have provided.

"Linking TSheets to my Quickbooks "
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Morgan was very helpful and knowledgeable in linking my Quickbooks and Tsheets. Then when I was trying to sync the time from my phone to my Quickbooks I called back and Sydny helped with that. Both were very helpful and efficient.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The ability to measure productivity. The customer service that I receive every time I call. For example, today I spoke with Shawn and she was very helpful and pleasant.

"Awesome Customer Service / Support"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? We are in our trial period but TSheets customer service and support is absolutely awesome!! They stayed with me while setting the program and connecting to QuickBooks, then every little question I have had they help and stay with me until its corrected. Our company does some different stuff and I was skeptical that this would not work for us, but they have helped us with the workarounds so I think we are hooked :)
