What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? The personable nature of the tech support. Anytime I run into an issue, I just click "Live Chat" and it's resolved in minutes by people who I know are actual people with real lives.

"First time use of the chat support available through tsheets app"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I had a great support person (Elaina or EM1) that walked me through troubleshooting a tsheets app problem on one of our employees phones. She was very helpful and patient, especially since I don't actively use an Android smartphone. After several troubleshooting efforts we finally got things working again for the employee. Great to work with Elaina.

"Technical Support is Amazing"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? I was able to email support directly through the software. I then received a return email with in 30 minutes which listed a direct line to a tech support rep. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable and also walked me through the process so that I could correct this issue I was have on my own next time.
