What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Alicia was very knowledgeable of Tsheets and had no problem walking me through all the settings that needed to be changed. We shared an online meeting and she was able to see my QuickBooks account as well as Tsheets

"Fantastic Product - Even Better Customer Service"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Blown away by their customer service. From the automated answering service at the beginning of my call to the representative I spoke with, Alicia, everything screamed - they get customer service in 2017! Not to mention the product itself is fantastic - but that's an easier win in my mind. I specifically love how my employees can clock in/out from their phones.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? TSheets has The Best customer service team! Shawn was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and was quick with solutions. I must say too that Shawn was so quick to answer the phone that I was almost sad I couldn't listen to their fun recorded message prompt. Love the sense of humor!

"Excellent Software and Excellent Service"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Time? Easy to track client and project time. I also love how easy it integrates with Quickbooks, so my invoices for time are always correct and it takes me seconds to generate bills. I can give my clients the level of detail they need. I get paid faster.
