What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Good customer service. Though it always takes forever to have someone pick up your phone, QB people always try to do the best to fix whatever issue we have.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy to navigate and understand. Provides customers with statements they can understand. I love being able to create my own forms for invoicing and accounts receivable follow up.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? That allows you to do a cash base accounting instead of accrual.I also like the ability to sync with my bank and know what things have cleared. I now do not have to wait to reconcile to know this. Also I like the ability to limit what a user can and cannot do. This gives us the scalability we need to use the software with more volunteers, and employees.
