"Very understandable, Very easy to use"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The main menu is very easy to read, easy navigation. So many options to keep track of the account receivables, account payable, payroll and employees for the business! You can easily correct any entries put in that may need to be changed.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I really like that, with an accounting background, QuickBooks makes accounting faster and easier. The layout flows really well.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love that it is so easy and simple to use! Ive been using it for nine years and run a large million dollar company through it! It's professional and has all the things I need, but it can also be tweaked to fit any company, anywhere!

"Easy to Use and Customizable to Your Business"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks has easy to use features such as the home screen which provides a helpful flow chart of business processes. Each icon on the chart can be selected and the user can input their data immediately. For instance, if I need to pay a bill I will select the "Bills" icon. When I am ready to pay the bill I will select the "Pay Bill" icon.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is a lifesaver for my small business. I design layouts, order/sell product, do advertising & bookwork all on my own, and quickbooks desktop makes it easy to keep track of customers & accounting information for tax time.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love how easy it is to use QuickBooks Desktop Pro. The features make my small bookkeeping business much simpler. I am able to do everything my clients require with this version of QuickBooks. I also like that I am able to easily switch between businesses/clients fairly quickly.
