"Easy software to use"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The ease of use when it comes to payroll. I also appreciate the ability to use send reports to Excel so that formulas and amounts can be created for things like use taxes and payroll tax checking. Quickbooks also makes learning new features easy and has many great tutorials to online to learn how to use the program. I also love the ability to attach files to the transactions. What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The simplicity of the software allows it be a 101 for dummies almost. My saying the software is bad but it is easy to use and follow if someone starts up a small business that needs accounting to be tracked.
