"Easy accounting software"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I feel that even a person with no accounting experience can use this program. Simple to understand. Easy to use even for a novice. Very user friendly. installation was easy and Chart of Accounts was easy to set up or customize.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The mapping of the programs get easier to use as time goes on. You can easily learn the shortcuts to not have to go into the top bar everytime you need something.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Its' very forgiving. You can edit entries/invoices/ etc that have already been posted without voiding them or doing a reversing entry.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Not too complicated to learn for less technologically savvy business owners. Main menus are visually uncluttered and straightforward so new users aren't overwhelmed and experienced users find that it meets almost all the needs of our small shop once they learn how best to navigate since there are some processes that can be made more efficient if you're sharp enough to learn how.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? our office uses quickbooks to enter details for tax preparation, and its pretty easy, even the other office people that don't use it often, can get on and get the information that they need to help. Things are pretty easy to use
