What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The ease of use. Using this program has helped to organize the office. Maneuvering around this software is pretty quick to learn. I was even able to learn the software fairly quick. Quick books is by far one of the simplest programs to learn. Also every thing can be fixed, no worries if you make any kind of a mistake! What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I think what I love the most about Quickbooks is the fact that it is compatible with other tools that you might use in your business. For example, where I work, we have a website that we track donor information and donations because we are a non-profit, and there is an application that I can download on my desktop that flows the information through from the donor database to Quickbooks very easily. What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like that if you enter a invoice/payment/service charge you can reverse it with one click. I've entered payments in quick books and realized I can't pay it now, you click delete payment and it's solved. I also love that you can get a snap shot of your expenses and outstanding amount due with a click of the mouse. Very user friendly and easy.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I am able to keep up with the money I earned all year which is great for taxes at the end of the year and keep up with receipts for sales I have made and things I have bought!
