What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love all the capabilities of QuickBooks. From entering bills to sending invoices, as well as creating monthly statements and finding items from months and even years ago, it does it all for you. I love how it simplifies accounting for the every day user. Helps the business a ton.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I do the bookkeeping for our contracting business. QB, once learned, is a robust program and it's somewhat intuitive. Makes it quick and easy to kri track of accounting.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Ease of use is very important within my company. We have a wide range of technological knowledge so it’s important that all can easily understand and use the program. It also helps (oddly) that not much changes from version to version so upgrades are also easy.
