What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I have been using QBO for about a year now. We moved from QB desktop. I really like the recurring transactions feature. I like that I can set up all of my monthly recurring sales receipts for my clients and that QBO automatically charges their E-Checks for me. I also like that I can set up recurring bills and checks that draft from our bank account each month. I also love all of my report options.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It’s so easy to navigate. So easy to learn and just great software. I love that you can create invoices and so easily. I used it to enter invoices from vendors in to pay bills

"Good for small businesses"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Very simple to implement within a a small business. You can create your chart of accounts and be online within a few days. Reporting is pretty good but may be hard to scale if your business grows.
