What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy manageable and adjustable to your needs. QuickBooks can track mileage for your business vehicles. You can use the mileage information for tax deductions for your vehicles, and to bill customers for mileage expenses. You cannot use vehicle mileage tracking to reimburse your employees for mileage expense. As long as the program is downloaded on jut one computer. Quick books keeps track of that.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy to use and navigate. Email invoices with attachments right from QB. I also love the way I can scan in a document and attach it to a check that I have written. No more looking for papers.

"Solid and Simple"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I use the cloud version actually, and is easy to navigate - very intuitive. And while one can mess things up, they certainly don't make it easy; a lot of alerts occur prior to executing a task that the system deems incorrect.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks has help me organize my transactions and miles for filing my taxes for my photography business. I have a mix of contract incoming and personal income and I am able to keep everything where I need it. Being able to forward email receipts to QB and have them automatically into the system is amazing!
