What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is very flexible, I have used it primarily in accounting offices and engineering offices which are businesses with very different needs. Basically, whoever you ware, Quickbooks has all the functions you will need. I currently use it mostly for billing, creating POs, creating quotes and creating custom reports.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Being able to categorize, print reports and reconcile bank statements is the best feature. It also makes filing taxes a breeze for my accountant.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Reporting is organized as long as your coding is set up correctly. I like the graphs and being able to show YTD comparisons from previous years.
