What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? After the set up it is relatively easy to use. It has lots of features I don't use. Just billing and turn it over to the bookkeeper. She is the one who deals with it so I use what she wants.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I was easily able to input new bills and accounts for the company. I could keep track of monthly spending vs monthly income all in one application. I like that I can access it without the internet if I need to since the company's headquarters is located in a small, rural town. It was easy to learn how to use. I was able to teach others how to use it after only using it for a few days.

"Quickbooks is a game changer!"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? My favorite part of the software is how everything is put together in special reports just for filing taxes at the end of the year or whatever frequency option you need.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Online, you have to buy a separate subscription for each company. Desktop, you can manage as many companies as you want.
