"Powerful Easy to Use Accounting Tool"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like that it is a powerful accounting tool that is easy to use. For a small company, the reports can help run your financial goals. Setting up the company file walks you through set by step. I learn new things to do all the time. If you make a mistake you can easily correct the mistake without doing a ton of journal entries.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Ease of access to all quickbook items. It is easy for people who have never used it to locate where they need to go to perform a task. The software is reliable and calculates all bank reconciliations correctly. I also like that you are able to locate and or drill down into bills and journal entries to see the details of a transaction

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is very easy to use. I like having the ability to process credit cards, and email invoices quickly!

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? QuickBooks has a user-friendly interface. I use it for expense tracking and payroll in a small business, and it does everything we need it to do.

"I love this software"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It can be set up multiple different ways for the same industry all dependant upon what information each owner wants to track. It is much more robust than its online counterpart AND it can be hosted online for anywhere access. I particularly like it because you can create shortcuts for the workflows you use often making it a customizable experience and increase productivity.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It can be an alternative for Quickbooks Online when its running slow. When it is running normally it can run faster than Quickbooks Online. The Mac app-based version makes it switch between our different QuickBooks accounts.
