"Easy to navigate and user friendly"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? QuickBooks desktop pro is relatively easy to learn and use . It interfaces with other software very well such as Microsoft products. I can easily input vendors and their bills and then pay them whenever ready. I can access many different reports requested by auditors or tax preparers.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Its great accounting application,it has helped alot in our finance department.Capturing of expenses is very simple,now we can get real time reporting on expenses status in the company.Its final accounting reporting that is trial balance,balance sheet and income and expenditure are very detailed and well organized.

"Overall good program, some things need fixing."
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? For the most part, this billing/invoicing software does what it is supposed to do, we have the enhanced payroll and I like that they have added uploading of W2's and Paystubs so employees can log in and download their payroll records and W2's.
