What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? We use quickbooks because it nominally allows us to keep track of time slips per employee for each customer based on service items. However, much of the functionality is augmented through the use of 2 different integrations because either quickbooks doesn't offer that feature at all, or charges exorbitant license fees for a whole new desktop solution when all I need is one small feature.

We frequently use the statements feature to let our customers know their billing status, past due totals, and YTD totals. QuickBooks Desktop Pro also makes payroll processing a cinch. What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The program is intuitive, easy to use and you can store all the scanned documents without using a third party application. The interface was redesigned recently by Intuit so the newest version is easier to use by a bookkeeper.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like that Quickbooks has most everything I need and that if you are a little creative you can use some of the other features to make it work in ways you might have to use another product to do. Using customer notes is one way I use it to handle a few things that I might otherwise use a CRM for.
