"QuickBooks - harder then it looks"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Using Quickbooks is not as easy as people say it is. If you have never worked with an accounting software it is very hard to learn. But what I like best is that it keeps track of every single client you have as well as all of your suppliers and then will print out a list of both.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like that financial reports are easily produced. I also like how organized it puts all our financials without me straining to figure out the best way to organize everything.

"Quickbooks for bookkeeping"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I find that QB is a great software to balance my books and reconcile my bank accounts. I am able to sort out my expenses and makes it easier for my accountant to then run my end of year numbers for taxes.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Checkbook balancing is very easy. I download my transactions from my main bank and also from my credit card companies and it matches transactions.
