It also has reminders for federal and state tax deadlines, walks you through the forms that need to be complete and offers a variety of reports to show the financial state of our company. It helps me analyze where we are, our finanical strengths, and areas to be aware of.

You can link in all pertinent accounts and materials that will help source activity within a company. Also, the invoicing functionality is a huge benefit to our business as it allows us to send and receive invoices seamlessly.

Quickbooks has pretty much all that you would need and more in starting a new company and keeping track of your bills and invoices whether you sell services or products. I also like the ability to have multiple logins with different types of permissions for the account.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Using Quickbooks is not as easy as people say it is. If you have never worked with an accounting software it is very hard to learn. But what I like best is that it keeps track of every single client you have as well as all of your suppliers and then will print out a list of both.
