What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is the most documented software for accounting purposes for small business. For that reason, I would choose no other accounting software.

"Awful, we don't integrate it with our tools"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? This makes our vendors lives easier but it doesn't make our lives easier. Our whole cash flow is manually enter and we can easily miss things. Quickbooks needs better APIs so we can tie to easier to our own in house tools. They need a better software support team that will care about your growth and your sucess but there isn't any.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? User friendly, good customer service. We use the online based QB which we switched from desktop for better support.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? User Friendly Interface makes QuickBooks Desktop easy to use and simple to navigate. I can get where I need to be with a single click of the button whether it's invoices, bills, payments, payroll or reports I need to access I get there fast.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The software is easy to use and install and the online community has a lot of helpful posts if you have questions. The layout is nice and organized and it's very easy to export reports as excel files. Overall it's a nice system that lets you customize the look and reporting layouts and it's easy to do payroll.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? My time is very important for me, so the fact that Quickbooks is fast and efficient is truly the most added value I'm receiving. I'm able to create and send out an invoice in less than a minute with full accuracy. The software helps me make sure I filled everything without making mistakes and I can send out invoices with ease. I also love the reporting tools where I can get the most detailed data that I need.
