What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I liked the ease of being able to have everything right there - invoices, bills, statements, profit/loss, open invoices and more. Doing quarterly and yearly closes were done efficiently.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? With QB, I like the fact that everything is easy. To void a check from a closed month, QB offers to automatically create a journal entry so as not to change records that have been reconciled already. Applying payments is as easy as 1-2-3. Creating estimates off of invoices is very straightforward and seamless. What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like that QuickBooks is very easy to use. It has a great community, and if you need to know how to do something, just Google it. There is lots of help out there.
