What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? QuickBooks Desktop Pro (QBD) is powerful and full-featured. Several of the main features (bill and invoice generation, invoice numbering, etc) can be automated, which helps with productivity. Once you learn how to translate your context into QB activities, it's not quite as user-hostile.

"Easy Accounting Solution"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is very user friendly. Anyone could use it because it is so easy. Everything is laid out for you and easy to find. It's a one entry accounting program but it's definitely an easy and cheap solution for a small business.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love being able to keep track of my bookkeeping, payroll, and tax payments in one software. Processing payroll is a breeze as is making quarterly and annual tax payments.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I have only ever used QB as my accounting software, but it's so simple that I was able to set it up for my parents without any previous experience. I've now used it in my own job for 4+ years and it made bookkeeping fairly simple for someone who started with no accounting background. "Bookkeeper using Quickbooks"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Very intuitive design which makes it easy to learn and use, i like the ability to import, and i like the ability to create reports that i can drill into detail for on screen. I also like the bank feed register and the ability to perform reconciliations to a bank account.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like the freedom QuickBooks offers. The software is intuitive and menus are easy to use and location the different features. The job costing software is powerful and is useful for construction projects. Reports can be easily and highly customized.
