"Great for a small business "
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like checking the sales reports tab to see my sales each day and I can look specifically at which items I'm selling the most or least of. I also like checking the food purchases of my clients to see what they previously bought. The invoicing of products is simple and easy. I mainly use quickbooks to ring up clients and check my sales reports and to do purchase orders.

"Easy-to-use desktop accounting software"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I really like the ease of setting up the software and the flexibility it offers to accomplish what I need to do. I am not an accountant or bookkeeper and with a little instruction, I was able to set up accounts, keep track of expenses, run necessary reports and reconcile credit card and bank statements.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I really can't say I like anything best right now. So many things have changed in the software and not for the good.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Favorite function is the "Open Windows" task bar. I love it because I can just click on which of the open windows I have in the program and it will bring it on top for quick access.
