"Quickbooks makes it Quick"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like the convenience of the set up. The menu bar is very clear and I save time not having to hunt for certain buttons.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love how most of the accounts are already integrated. This program puts the accounting equation together for you as long as you enter all data, numbers, and dates accurately.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The Quickbooks program is easy for anyone to use. It is great for budgeting and keeping track of expenses. I use it for my husbands Locksmith business and I realized this would be great for personal banking and expense tracking, too! It has been saving us money.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? This software is user friendly. I use it for over 35 clients I book-keep for. I love how with the accountant version you can reclassify transactions. That is my favorite feature to clean up others bookkeeping habits.

"Preferred over the Online Version "
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I have used QuickBooks Desktop Pro for many years now. I have to say that this version is the best for any company because it allows you to do everything that you need to do for your accounting, all in one software. It is always nice to be able to use a program to accomplish multiple tasks. I have used this software for a multi-million dollar company and has made accounting very easy to use.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I have used QuickBooks Desktop Pro for many years now. "QuickBooks solved our issues!"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love that I can have up to the minute invoicing and statements ready to go. I think that being able to enter any invoice information that is generated.
