What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love it's ease of use and the quick searches for vendors, employees, customers, etc. I also like that I can use it for multiple classes and currencies.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The program is very user friendly, even for the novice users in my office. The job costing and classes capabilities are versatile to use them and build reports to what works best for you and your specific business needs. Works great for many varieties of small businesses - I have used it for electrical contractors, flooring contractors, kitchen and bathroom remodels, rental properties, a chocolate shop, and more.
