"Quickbooks Desktop Pro is exremely useful for small companies"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like the fact that I am able to tie things together and get the whole picture. I'm not a CPA, and I was able to figure how to to tie invoices to POs fairly easy.

"Seems pretty standard..."
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Honestly, there is not much that I like about QuickBooks Desktop Pro. I do like that I can sync with other programs that I use like Filemaker Pro. I also like that the main menu looks like a workflow.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is the standard and it does well to run reports and export them over various time periods and so on. Sharing information with others and working with others is easy because of its ubiquity and people's familiarity with it.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I use this product daily for multiple businesses and find that it is fairly user friendly. For the one company, running payroll is a breeze and never an issue. Logging AR and doing AP is pretty straightforward on this platform, which helps make invoicing and payments easier.

"Quickbooks is easy to manuever through and learn even if you have minimal knowledge in accounting"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Extremely user friendly, easy to learn and use, and the program makes it difficult to make errors. It is also easy to search within the program for items, invoices, checks, etc. using the search bar. Ability to export reports into excel is beneficial as well.
