What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The ease of use was perfect when our business was just starting out with one location. You really can't ask for a better software suite to manage your finance needs when first starting out. Unfortunately as we grew, we also outgrew the software.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It does the basic accounting of a small business. It handles invoices, payments, reconciliations, reports, etc -- everything that a small business would need to get started.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? QB Desktop Pro is easy to navigate and is a critical tool for our business. Not only does it allow us to do financial transactions, but it also assists with planning.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks is an easy program to learn and provides all the necessary bookkeeping functions. Reports are easily exported into Excel. Report customization is also available and easy to configure. Customer and vendor records are easy to view. Accounts payable and accounts receivable are easy to maneuver and make entries. Bank Reconciliation is quick and easy.
