What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? We use QB Desktop Pro for EVERYTHING! Paychecks, Invoicing, Customer Sales, Human Resources. The user interface is very simple. We have everyone in the office using it, and love being able to customize who can see what, and who has authorizations to perform certain tasks. "Best accounting package "
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love that it is easy to use. I have been using this software since 1998. I love the payroll part and the reports easy to access. I like their online help and the updates have always been easy to do.

"QuickBooks: Easy to learn and use."
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I’m learning to do books for the first time for my husbands new coffee shop, and I’ve had no prior experience doing books. QuickBooks has been extremely easy to use and provides a ton of resources and support. I’ve had some guidance from people with accounting experience, but I didn’t need much as QuickBooks walks you through it all.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Transaction management and bank feeds. Reconciling transactions is still the strength of QB Desktop Pro.
