What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy interface to all my companies finances. Provides customizable snapshots, & reports of all aspects of business. Accurately computes payroll, state and federal reports.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The reporting feature is what I like best. It makes it easy to find a specific transaction or invoice. I like being able to run a profit and loss and the drill down on specific categories to see what makes up a specific dollar amount. I also really like that the balance sheet works the same way. In fact, most of the reports do. It is nice to be able to know exactly what expenses make up a specific category.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like the reporting options. The search option in the online version makes it easy to find your favorite reports without having to search all the menus.
