What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I use Quickbooks for Mac 2016 to track finances for eight LLC’s that contain real estate investment property. Each entity must be treated as a separate company in QB for bookkeeping and tax purposes.

"Quickbooks, the starter pack of most companies"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The COA and default reports are a good place to start for most companies. People who don't understand finances, can at least get through most of the roadblocks.

"Advanced but user friendly and fairly simple to learn"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The tabs are very easy to use and follow. It is clearly outlined and fairly easy to learn and use. There are a ton of features provided for basically every accounting need for small or large businesses. It will take me some time to learn everything but if I keep utilizing all the features, I will be good to go!

"The most effective program out there for writing checks"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The number of tabs and organization are the best and easiest to follow. If there is anything that is not clear, virtually anything can be learned by googling because the program is popular. I never used it before and easily learned it with a few weeks, I would like to continue to learn how to use more features so that I can become more advanced with this and possibly teach others how to use it.
