"Excellent for small businesses "
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? User interface is very simple and very easy to use. Plenty of help buttons and “are you sure you want to do this?” flags to make sure I’m not posting entries that don’t make sense. The paycheck features are also great.

"Easy to Use, good for multiple users"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy to use. Good for multiple admin to be in simultaneously. Easy to customize the invoice layout. I like that there are multiple sorting methods. Makes it easy to locate invoices or bills with very little information.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I use Quickbooks for Mac 2016 to track finances for eight LLC’s that contain real estate investment property. Each entity must be treated as a separate company in QB for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
