What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love Quickbooks Pro because it is easy to use and very user friendly. It is simple to create journal entires and search for checks and so on.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? All of my information is at my fingertips. I like that I can access multiple reports and modify them for viewing or printing as I need them. I can also "memorize" my reports to my liking.

"Easy, cost effective way to do accounting for your business"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy to use, but it does take time to set everything up. You could hire a bookkeeper for that. At tax time it's easy enough to give the information over to my tax accountant. I either hand her a disc or usb stick. I like that I've switched to emailing invoices. It saves time and money.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It was easy to use. I thought it would be hard since I didn't have any experience in accounting but reconciling invoices was a lot easier than I thought with QB.
