Quetext's Jerry in Customer Support is Awesome!
Jerry was very responsive and made sure all my accounts were cancelled immediately and no cc # info was on file – as well as previously restoring my account which I mistakenly archived first. Love Quetext!

I had trouble canceling my subscription (turned out my fault because I was entered the wrong email address). I emailed the support team and jerry took care of everything. Great customer service. And great product. I just graduated and didn’t need to it anymore
