What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Quantum Workplace has been a great tool for recognizing my colleagues and having one-on-one meetings with my direct manager. I've been impressed with the ease of use and user-friendly interface. Navigation is easy and I find the recognition options on the platform to be a great way to let colleagues know you appreciate them!

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It encourages you to follow a framework, shared by your company. With this framework you are encouraged to take notes, ask for feedback and basically build a history of your career that helps keeping track of your progresses and it's useful on 1:1

"Quantum Workplace is an efficient staff evaluation tool"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like how the company may set the forms for the completion of project evaluations. This helps to ensure consistency across the firm. I also like how efficient it is in terms of ensuring that advisors and advisees are connected in terms of reviewing feedback providing and alignment of career goals.

"Great peer recognition and OKR tracking software"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The software makes tracking objectives and key results easy on a small team. Additionally, Objectives can be related to the company structure to show how small team objectives relate to the company's larger goals.

Incredibly easy administration interface and fantastic customer-focused organization. The voice of the customer is heard and addressed at an astonishing speed.

"Excellent platform"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Ease of use and functionality. There are just enough fields and capabilities to provide a great experience, but it's not overwhelming. Based on other workplace mgmt/evaluation systems we've used, this is the best one out there.
